  By using Jstmemit (also known as "Just Meme It") website (https://jstmemit.com) or Bot application, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use our service.

• 2. Disclaimer

  1. a. The materials on Jstmemit website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Jstmemit makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

  2. b. Further, Jstmemit does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

• 3. User generated content

  Jstmemit allows users to generate and share content through the Bot application based on their interactions and conversations.

  By using the Bot, you acknowledge that:

  1. a. The content generated by the Bot is based on user input and interactions, and may not always be factually correct, accurate or appropriate.

  2. b. Jstmemit does not endorse or take responsibility for the content generated by users through the Bot.

  3. c. Users are responsible for ensuring that their interactions with the Bot comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  4. d. To enable the Bot to generate content, you grant Jstmemit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the content you provide through your interactions for the sole purpose of operating and providing the Bot's services.

• 4. Limitation of Liability

  In no event shall Jstmemit, or its owners, developers, or contributors, be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Jstmemit's website, even if Jstmemit or a Jstmemit authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

• 5. Prohibited Conduct

  Users may not:

  1. a. Use the Bot to generate or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

  2. b. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot or its related systems or networks.

• 6. Termination

  Jstmemit reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Bot and website at any time, without notice, for conduct that Jstmemit believes violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Bot, Jstmemit, or third parties, or for any other reason.

• 7. Changes to Terms

  Jstmemit reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
